Twenty years inside the HR function — corporate, startup, everything in between.
I am very glad to welcome you at the Crane Talent webpage! I am Natalja Zhuravljova (Crane — is my last name translated to English).
I've worked across IT, fintech, banking, and manufacturing in roles ranging from HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter to Head of HR and Administration. I've led HR and recruiter teams, owned HR operations for 200+ people, and consulted C-level managers through the kinds of decisions that shape a company for years.
In 2018 I started Crane Talent as a private consulting practice — with one goal: to help more businesses and people grow, expose their full potential, and succeed. Today I work with growing SMEs that need a real HR partner without the overhead of a full in-house department.
